At the conclusion of the two-day tournament held in beautiful Kelowna at the Mission Sports Fields, four teams emerged as the cream of the crop and have earned Flag Football bragging rights at least until next year when the BCCFA returns for what should be another huge event.

A job well-done to all the participating players and teams, a hat tip to all the coaches, referees and volunteers, and a big congratulations to all of this year’s winners.

North Surrey was well represented with 2 teams in all divisions, with 3 in the U14 division. After regular season play, North Surrey had 2 teams in the top 5 in all but 2 divisions, including 1st place in U10 (NS Lions), U14 (NS Villains) and U19 (NS Ravens). North Surrey ended up with 3 top four finishes. Our U10 Lions taking 3rd place, and our U14 Villains and Mambas taking 3rd and 4th place respectively.

Congratulations to all players, coaches, volunteers and parents on a fantastic spring flag season.
