Spring Flag

Spring Flag is a five on five non-contact flag football game that runs in the VMFL during the months of May and June. Each team comprises of around 8 to 10 players and games are played over five weekends with each weekend consisting of multiple games during the day. After the five weekends teams head to the Provincial Championships in Kelowna which take place over a full weekend in June.

Age divisions: U10 (2004/3); U12 (2002/1); U14 (2000/1999); U16 (1998/97); U18 (1996/95)

The Spring Flag league is coach-driven, meaning we only have teams where coaches want to put in a team. Those coaches will ask 8-10 players to play. There is no general player sign up.

You MUST have the following items submitted by this date to have a team:

Completed Team Registration Form
Completed Jersey Sizing Form
Full payment for team ($125 x number of players)

If these items are not complete and submitted by March 10th, you will NOT have a team in the 2012 Spring Flag season.
