NSMF Skills Camps

What are they

Skills camps were designed for all the registered players that are new to football, new to the club or are moving up in divisions. These are all non-contact and only require the players to wear cleats and shorts.

The players are divided up into groups and run through various drills and setups. These can range from a 40 yard dash to running through cones to running pass patterns. This allows some of the newer players to get an idea of some of the things to come as well as allow coaches in the lower levels to evaluate the players for the upcoming season.

Lunch is provided free at the Flag-JB and Spirit camps. Various coaches and Midget players run the sessions and provide instruction and help along the way. These camps are all held at Bear Creek Park down near the track and they are run rain or shine!
